I
accept this limousine in its present condition and agree with the charges as
quoted and agree to pay in full at the time of service. I agree to be fully
responsible for any and all damage caused to the limousine by me, or any other
member in my party. Reimbursement
for damage is due at once at those fees established above or actual repair cost
whichever is greater. Damages may include up to the full value of the vehicle if
said vehicle is lost or damaged due to actions of clients or their guests. Any
liabilities caused by clients or guests or laws violated by IT are the
responsibility of IT. To ask a chauffeur to attempt unsafe driving areas
resulting in damage to the vehicle results in liability being assumed by client
for any damage to vehicle. Furthermore, I agree to any and all cleaning fees they
may be necessary upon completion of my reservation. I understand that smoking
and drugs are strictly prohibited and state law prohibits any person under the
age of 21 from consuming alcoholic beverages while in the limousine. I have been
advised that the chauffeur has the right to terminate the reservation upon
his/her discretion, and no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to
refuse service to anyone. Picture I.d. is required for everyone in the Group.
All cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the date that the reservation
was made. after this time, no refunds will be issued. One-half ( ½ ) of the
total rental amount is non-refundable; within 72 hours of the scheduled rental
time, the total amount of the rental amount is non-refundable.
